1. Acceptance
By using mysecscan.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by DZZD MARKET PULSE, registered in Bulgaria (VAT No. BG181450814).
2. What the Service is
SecScan provides free, informational website-security checkers and, on request, a full security scan. Public checkers perform passive, non-intrusive checks only.
3. Authorized use only
You may submit only domains that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the Service to scan, probe, or attack systems you do not control. Active or full scans require verified domain ownership and a separate scan-authorization agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any target you submit.
4. No warranty; informational only
The Service helps you raise your security bar — it is not a substitute for a professional penetration test or audit, and does not guarantee that a site is secure or invulnerable. Results are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZZD MARKET PULSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on scan results.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use.
- No abuse or overloading of the Service.
- No automated scraping of the tools.
- No resale or white-labeling without a written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and the format of its reports are owned by DZZD MARKET PULSE. You may use your own scan reports freely.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts.
